Why become a member?
Annual maintenance will allow your heating and cooling systems to operate at their peak performance throughout the season. When equipment is running efficiently, you can lower your monthly utility costs as well as increase the life span of your equipment. Regular seasonal maintenance will help to prevent health and safety issues, as well as minimize the risk of any emergency servicing.
Membership Advantages
We guarantee priority service for HVAC, plumbing and drain cleaning services.
We will waive diagnostic fees on any heating or cooling equipment covered where maintenance was already completed for the season. (Excluding nights, weekends, and holidays)
All drain cleaning, plumbing and HVAC repairs are discounted by 15%.
Repairs provided are guaranteed for one full year.
Single unit service agreements require a two-year contract.
Note that the above said prices do not include N.J. Sales tax which will be added.

**EXCLUSIONS**
- This contract is non-refundable.
- 15% discount does not apply to major installations: water heaters, HVAC equipment, boilers, water softeners, etc.
- Annual service does not guarantee that the systems will be free of future seasonal failures or repairs.
- Standard 1” HVAC filters are included in annual service. Media filters will be provided at an additional fee for systems that require them. However, Argent will install client supplied filters at time of service free of charge.
